TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL

Customer agrees to this agreement when ordering products from the service. MIRKKA METSOLA webshop service reserves the right to make changes to the service and to this agreement at any time. MIRKKA METSOLA webshop service is not liable for failure to perform this agreement in case of Force Majeure.

To purchase products customer must be at least 18 years old. The customer can be an individual person or a representant of a company or organisation. Return policy stated in this agreement does not apply to companies or organisations.

Customer will receive a confirmation email after the purchase. If the customer have not received a confirmation email within 1 working day from the purchase, customer should kindly contact MIRKKA METSOLA webshop customer service at info@mirkkametsola.com. Customer has responsibility to check that the order information is correct.

All merchandise remains property of MIRKKA METSOLA webshop until full payment is received. All the prices in the webshop service are displayed in euros (EUR) which includes 24% VAT. MIRKKA METSOLA webshop is not responsible for any additional charges (customs, duties or brokerage charges) on deliveries outside European Union countries.


THE PAYMENT


We accept PayPal, Credit Cards and online banks as a payment method. When the money transfer is made and accepted by using these methods listed below MIRKKA METSOLA webshop will handle the order and deliver as agreed in this agreement.

PAYPAL

We accept PayPal payments (NEW!). Please note that the PayPal service fee 3,4% will be added to the total sum of your order. To pay with your PayPal account all you need is your e-mail and the password. Paypal guarantees consumers a secure payment transaction.

CREDIT CARDS (Checkout)

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron and Neocard. Obligatory information when paying by credit card is cardholder’s name, credit card number, security code and the end date of validity. Security code is the 3-digit code on the backside of the card.

Handling your credit card payments we use the Checkout Finland Oy service. Checkout is Finland's leading online payment moderator, whose activities are supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Checkout guarantees consumers a secure payment transaction and you know your money is passing safely to the destination.

ONLINE BANK (Checkout)

Nordea, Osuuspankki, Aktia, Nooa, Pop, Sampo Pankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, Tapiola, Säästöpankki. This is only for customers in Finland.

Handling your online bank account payments we use the Checkout Finland Oy service. Checkout is Finland's leading online payment moderator, whose activities are supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Checkout guarantees consumers a secure payment transaction and you know your money is passing safely to the destination.


THE DELIVERY


MIRKKA METSOLA webshop ships all over the world. Delivery time and shipping costs are listed below and varies between different shipping destination. MIRKKA METSOLA webshop offers insured postage within which will cover the value of the goods in a case of loss or damage caused by Finnish postal office.

  • Delivery time varies from 2 to 4 working days from the PAYMENT CONFIRMATION received by email from the customer service.
  • Shipping quotes and delivery costs are generated automatically when you enter your address and may be updated manually with the refresh button.
  • The order will be delivered to customers local post office from where customer will receive a notification few days earlier.
  • The customer is responsible to pick up the delivery on time.
  • If the package remains not collected and is returned to the sender we will not make a refund to the customer.

SHIPPING TO FINLAND

  • Shipping all over to Finland.
  • Shipping costs varies from a letter of 2,50€ (250 g minimum) to a parcel of 10,50€ (5 kg maximum).

SHIPPING TO EUROPE (area 1.)

  • Includes: Netherlands, Belgium, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Åland Islands.
  • Shipping costs varies from a letter of 5,80€ (250 g minimum) to a parcel of 26,80€ (5 kg maximum).

SHIPPING TO EUROPE (area 2.)

  • Includes: Bulgaria, Spain, Ireland, United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Greece, Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, Poland, France, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary.
  • Shipping costs varies from a letter of 5,80€ (250 g minimum) to a parcel of 37,40€ (5 kg maximum).

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

  • Includes all other countries except FINLAND and EUROPE (area 1. and 2.).
  • Shipping costs varies from a letter of 8,80€ (250 g minimum) to a parcel of 53,90€ (5 kg maximum).


PLACING THE ORDER


  1. Place your order. Choose the item, size and quantity. Add items to the shopping cart until you’re done and continue to the checkout.
  2. Fill your customer information with detailed shipping address. Feel free to sign up but it’s not mandatory.
  3. Shipping method is generated automatically when you enter your address and can be updated manually with the refresh button.
  4. Choose the payment method. With Checkout you can easily pay with VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron, Finnish bank accounts or by invoice. With PayPal we add the PayPal service fee of 3,4% to the total sum of your order.
  5. Double check your customer information, read and agree on the “Terms and Conditions” and place your order.
  6. Placing the order you will be directed to fill your payment details. When the money transfer is made and accepted you have then placed the order.
  7. You will receive an automatic order confirmation with detailed information by e-mail from our customer service during the day. After this MIRKKA METSOLA webshop will handle the order and deliver your parcel as agreed in this agreement.


SECURITY


The personal details given will be only used by MIRKKA METSOLA web shop administrator in order to fulfil customer’s order. MIRKKA METSOLA webshop is obliged to respect the privacy of the customer as stated in the Finnish privacy law. The customer’s information is used only by the MIRKKA METSOLA webshop service and is not handed over to any other parties except for the processing of the customer’s order. In these cases only the necessary information is given to complete billing or delivery actions for example.

For credit card or bank account payments we use the Checkout Finland Oy service. Checkout is Finland's leading online payment moderator, whose activities are supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Checkout guarantees consumers a secure payment transaction and you know your money is passing safely online to the right destination.


FORCE MAJEURE


If MIRKKA METSOLA webshop fails to comply with the argument because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes, then MIRKKA METSOLA webshop cannot be held responsible.


RETURN POLICY


Customer has 14 days (2 weeks) to communicate the return of the merchandise as stated in the Finnish consumer protection law. Only discounted products, service fees and delivery costs are not returnable.

Customer is obligated to fill the information of the return on the RETURN FORM enquired by email from the customer service: info@mirkkametsola.com. Customer has 7 days (1 week) to return the goods since the customer service provides the RETURN FORM.

Webshop customer service have to receive the returned goods to the address below in perfect conditions. The goods must be in the same condition when returning as it was when received. In these conditions customer may return an item and get a full refund or change an item. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Logo tags and other tags must hang on the product as they were, because they are considered part of the product and the return may not be accepted if the tags are removed or damaged.

When the webshop customer service have received the item that is approved to be returned, customer will be sent a new item or given a refund. The refund will be credited to the purchaser’s bank account provided in the RETURN FORM. The amount refunded will exclude all the the shipping costs (with the exception of faulty or items).
